To continuously enhance service quality and customer convenience, MSVN has launched an ultra-fast deposit feature for securities trading accounts via identification codes as follows:
MAYBANK SECURITIES – MSVN IDENTIFICATION CODE (079C) – FAST DEPOSIT
Step 1: Choose your preferred transfer channel to deposit funds into your designated account:

Mobile App (e-banking app of any bank): Open the app, select Transfer or a similar option.

Web Browser (e-banking portal of any bank): Log in, select Transfer, Virtual Account Transfer, or Identification Account Transfer.

Bank Branch (any bank): Fill out a Deposit Slip (for cash) or Payment Order (for transfers).

For 24/7 instant transfers (via bank apps/branches of BIDV/TECHCOMBANK/EXIMBANK): Query the securities account holder’s name during the transaction.

For regular transfers: Enter the exact name of your securities account holder (no accents or special characters).
Step 4: Verify details and confirm/approve the transfer.
Processing Time: Funds are credited to your MSVN securities account automatically after the receiving bank confirms the deposit.
Important Notes:
- Applicability: This service applies to General/Margin/Derivatives Accounts (sub-account 1, 6, 8). Not applicable to bank-linked securities accounts (Eximbank/BIDV) with sub-account 1.
- Cut-Off Time:Transfers must be initiated by 5:00 PM on business days.
- Errors & Rejections -Transactions will be rejected if: The identification code is invalid/The beneficiary name does not match your MSVN account.
In addition to the designated account deposit service, you can deposit funds into your MSVN securities trading account using the standard method as follows:

- The cash transfers undertaken via internet or between two different banks shall be charged under the regulations of bank's sender (sending bank).

Withdrawal/Transfer funds
Procedures for Withdrawing/Transferring Money:
- Maybank Trade VN App: Log in to the app ▶ On the main screen, select Money Transfer ▶ Select/enter sequentially: Transfer Acc, Request type, Bank/Receiving Acc, TransferAmt, Remark (if any) ▶ Proceed ▶ Confirm ▶ Enter PIN.
Website Ketrade.com.vn: Log in to the website ▶ On the main screen, select Utilities (wrench icon) on the left toolbar ▶ Select Money Transfer ▶ Select/enter sequentially: Account No, Money Transfer Type, Destination account, Amount, Content (if any) ▶ Agree ▶ Enter PIN ▶ Confirm.

Sub-Account 1 to Sub-Account 6, select: Transfer money for payment

Transfer money for payment: Transfer to sub-account 1 linked with Eximbank/BIDV.

Transfer power purchase for trading: Transfer to regular sub-account 1 using the normal registered bank.

Select Registered bank account
- If using Eximbank/BIDV-linked accounts: Online withdrawals are unavailable. Bring your ID Card to Eximbank/BIDV branches. Eximbank/BIDV-linked accounts require in-person withdrawals. If you have a sub-account 6 at MSVN, register a bank for sub-account 6 to withdraw online.

For regular accounts: If the transfer status shows "Processed by bank", MSVN has successfully transferred the funds. Please allow additional time for processing, as interbank system delays (up to 24 hours) may occur due to external factors.
Note: Transfer requests are processed during business hours. For bank transfers, submit requests before 4:00 PM on weekdays.
Handling deposits with incorrect or missing transaction details
Please provide an image or proof of the successful transfer, including detailed information (securities account number, full name) to MSVN through the following support channels:
- Use the registered email and send to: customer.MSVN@maybank.com
- Zalo OA: Maybank Securities
- Maybank Trade VN app: send a request in the "Support" section
Cancel linked account (For local investors only)
If you are currently using a linked account (an account between Eximbank/BIDV and MSVN, with funds managed by the bank) and wish to switch to a main account (an account managed by MSVN), please contact MSVN for assistance by following these steps:
- Use the email registered with MSVN to send your request.
- The email should clearly state your request, including the following information:
- Securities account number: 079C……
- Full name
- New beneficiary bank details: account number, bank name – branch/transaction office, beneficiary’s full name.
- Send the email to MSVN at: customer.MSVN@maybank.com
