Notes:

Clients must settle any outstanding debts (resulting from position losses, intraday trading fees, or taxes) before 9:30 AM on the next business day following the debt occurrence.
Clients must settle outstanding service fees (overnight position management or VSDC collateral management) before 9:30 AM on the first business day of the following month.
If payment obligations are not fulfilled by the specified deadlines, MSVN will take appropriate action as per regulations.
Interest on cash deposits will be credited by MSVN on the same day funds are received from banks, after deducting applicable taxes.

Custody fee waiver policy for charges incurred within the period

Dear Valued Investors,

In an effort to help optimize your investment costs, Maybank Securities Limited (MSVN) is pleased to inform the following update:

Effective August 2025, MSVN will waive custody fees for accounts where the total custody fee incurred during the period is less than VND 1,000.
This policy will be automatically applied until further notice.

Please note: No invoice will be issued for custody fees that are waived under this policy.
